Peter started woodturning at the age of ten in his father's workshop. "Creating objects on the lathe is an ancient and almost entirely handmade process. It is an exploration between the maker and the material. A focus on form and the consideration of the once living material informs each piece.

When not at the lathe, Peter is a designer, photographer and video/exhibition producer.
